Magnus Jedvert 9bb55fc09b Reland "Update video_quality_analysis to align videos instead of using barcodes" 
This is a reland of d65e143801

The binary for frame_analyzer.cpp is precompiled and stored in the cloud, so it
won't automatically pick up change to the source file. Therefore, restore all
old code to be backwards compatible.

This directory contains an example unit test for Android AppRTCMobile.

Example of building & using the app:

- Build Android AppRTCMobile and AppRTCMobile unit test:
cd <path/to/webrtc>/src
ninja -C out/Debug AppRTCMobile_test_apk

- Install AppRTCMobile and AppRTCMobileTest:
adb install -r out/Debug/apks/AppRTCMobile.apk
adb install -r out/Debug/apks/AppRTCMobileTest.apk

- Run unit tests:
adb shell am instrument -w org.appspot.apprtc.test/android.test.InstrumentationTestRunner
