Adds support for NSArray parameters to YapDatabaseQuery

Example:
[YapDatabaseQuery queryWithFormat:@"WHERE col IN (?)", anArray];
- Adds unit tests for YapDatabaseQuery
- Adds new unit test for YapDatabaseSecondaryIndex since it makes use of YapDatabaseQuery
Addresses issue #119
