This change should have no direct user impact.

This is just a file move.

I think this is a useful change on its own, but it may be useful in
upcoming changes too (e.g., making SignalServiceKit not a pod).

SignalServiceKit

SignalServiceKit is an Objective-C library for communicating with the Signal messaging service for iOS & OS X

To use SignalServiceKit via CocoaPods add the following to your Podfile
