Revert "Remove GRDB's memory management. (#4521)" (#4546) 
This reverts commit a202f6204e.

It also uses the new facility in GRDB to disable
automatic memory management.

SignalServiceKit is an Objective-C library for communicating with the Signal messaging service for iOS & OS X

To use SignalServiceKit via CocoaPods add the following to your Podfile
