George Nachman 1db0a3576a Batch fetch of user names. 
This stacks on top of PR #4065.

This is a simple change that uses the existing
batch profile fetching to get user names.

It adds a test for OWSProfileManager.

SignalServiceKit

SignalServiceKit is an Objective-C library for communicating with the Signal messaging service for iOS & OS X

To use SignalServiceKit via CocoaPods add the following to your Podfile
