Fix unable to set wallpaper on iOS 26.
...
For some reason UIGraphicsImageRenderer was unable to produce snapshot of a UIScrollView that had UIImageView inside.
The workaround is to replicate what UIScrollView displays using a UIView as a container for UIImageView with a copy of the photo being set.
