Don't fail trying to send a null message to an untrusted identity
...
In this case we have bigger problems than just a broken session, and
the user needs to manually trust the identity again (even if that's
just by sending a message themself)

Renames and edits some of the interface for PinProgressView to make it a
bit more general. Adds additional properties like the ability to
configure whether or not it should hide itself during animation.
