Improve animations in chat input bar.
...
This PR moves suggested stickers panel outside of chat input bar hierarchy. Because of that, the view hierarchy of ConversationInputToolBar was simplified.
Other changes are:
• all the chat input bar controls now reside in a "glass container"
• there's a workaround in place to remove vertical movement of the bar during chat opening animation on iOS 26.
• bunch of renames and restructuring of the code to make it less of a mess.
