This modifies some recently-updated modules to use a valid prerelease version so they can be used in require statements in consumer code that is also under development. Several commits are needed since there is a dependency chain that involves transitive deps. hdkeychain
Package hdkeychain provides an API for Decred hierarchical deterministic extended keys (based on BIP0032).
A comprehensive suite of tests is provided to ensure proper functionality.
