Scott Hanselman 634613a7d0 fix: honour PreferStructuredCategories in notification pipeline (closes #104) ... Adds preferStructuredCategories parameter to Classify() — when false, structured metadata (Intent, Channel) is skipped, going straight to user rules and keyword fallback.
