Scott Hanselman 5a0a373e6d fix: align Windows node gateway command parity ... Use the gateway canonical screen.snapshot command, remove the unsupported screen.list surface, and make camera.clip choose a supported Windows MediaCapture record stream instead of forcing HD720p.
